Bishop Regen Luna is currently the Pastor and Bishop of the Inclusive Church of the Philippines, a church established in 2008 in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines, formerly known as ECOG. In 2021, he was appointed as Bishop for both ICC and Christ Communion, following his incardination. He is currently furthering his theological studies at Saint Thomas Aquinas University, the official seminary of Christ Communion.
In 2011, he was ordained as a priest for both the Inclusive Church of the Philippines (ICP) and the Catholic Diocese of One Spirit (CDOS) Philippines. The ordination ceremony took place at the Metropolitan Community Church Makati and was officiated by the Most Reverend Richard Mickley. In 2017, he was appointed as Bishop for ICC and CDOS Philippines and was ordained by the Most Reverend George Kuhn of the Catholic Universalist Church of Asia Pacific in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines.
In 2005, he was appointed as the Interim Pastoral Leader or pastor of the Metropolitan Community Church Philippines, the first LGBT affirming church in the Philippines. Between 1990 and 2000, Bishop Regen Luna was a born-again Christian, specifically a Pentecostal fundamentalist Christian. He served in various roles including worship leader, keyboardist, youth leader, tambourine minister, Sunday school teacher, and Assistant pastor. This period marked the beginning of his spiritual journey.
